The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Experience in SERVICE-RELATED INDUSTRY only. Not products Sales. ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed sales targetsMaking callsFixing appointmentsPhone direct closingFace-to-face meeting at the office for closingProspecting new leadsQualifications3- 5 year sales experienceSales background in services like Events selling, Insurance selling, Consultation selling, software selling, website selling &, etc.Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skillsJob Type: Full timeHow much can I expect to earn per month? between 10k to 20k QAR• Basic Salary QAR 2000 per month • Monthly performance-based bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000• 5% Commission to 8%• Postpaid connection with unlimited calls & SMS• Travel Charges: Round ticket every 2 years or half ticket every year• Duration of Contract: 4 years, Maybe extended after that mutual consensus between the two parties.• Leaves: 21 Days of paid annual leave, 3 days for Eid Fitr, 3 days for Eid Adha, 1 Day for National Day, and Sick leaves (based on medical report or management approval)Hiring only candidates who have previous experience in the Service Industry not in products.
