Description



PXGEO is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective integrated HR and Administration support service that adds value and competitive advantage to PXGEO through improved organizational capability and performance.

Responsibilities:



Ensure an efficient and effective level of HR support is provided to internal customers; employees and management both on and offshore personnel. Process all HR supporting administration including but not limited to; salary letters, confirmation letters, business letters, and No Objection Certificates requested by the employee. Take accountability for the onboarding and orientation process for new hires. Maintain HRIS database and employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee and support the administration process of obtaining visas, work permits, and other necessary legal documentation for international employees and expatriates. Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa and work permit applications, renewals, and outcomes. Prepare reports for senior management on the status of government relations activities, including any potential risks or issues. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes of international employees through Employer of Record (EORs). This includes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, facilitating necessary training, and managing the termination process in compliance with local laws. Ensure that EOR employees have access to the resources they need to grow professionally and contribute effectively to the company. Coordinate with EORs to manage payroll processing and benefits administration for employees in different jurisdictions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll, tax submissions, and benefit allocations in line with local requirements and company policies. Provides HR guidance for queries received in the HR Helpdesk mailbox, covering aspects of the employee lifecycle and PXGEO procedures. Responsible for reassigning complex cases to the appropriate HR Subject Matter experts to ensure rapid resolution or escalate issues to the management team as appropriate. Provide an accurate and timely support service for payroll provision, ensuring employee transactions such as promotion, salary review and transfers etc. are recorded and updated. Recommend, develop, and maintain PXGEO HR records that are accurate, secure, and available to authorized personnel. Ensure compliance with employment law. Fulfill assigned responsibilities as part of the Emergency Response team in line with the Emergency Response Plan and duty list as required. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements



3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource. Competent HR specialist, ideally with a professional HR accreditation &/or educated to degree level or equivalent. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and manage a large variety and volume of HR related activities to meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills in verbal and written English Occasional local and international travel* Ability to work under pressure.
