Objective of role 

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Controller within our Finance Team in Dubai, UAE.

This is a senior-level role within a growing organization, suitable for someone with the ability to work autonomously and the drive to get involved in a fast-paced growth environment.

     Prepare and oversee the production of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

-Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.

-Coordinate and manage external audits, if applicable. Work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address any audit findings. Conduct internal audits to assess and improve internal processes.

-Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance. This may involve analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance financial efficiency.

-Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department. Implement new systems or enhance existing ones to streamline financial processes.

Role requirements

-5+ years of experience in accounting and finance

-2+ years of experience within private aviation sector

Certified Accounting Analyst

Group reporting experience needed.
