Hirz International B/O Abdul-Jawad Trading Group is a leading company in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia area that specializes in providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial and residential properties.
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join our team and assist in coordinating and planning maintenance activities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all properties under our care
Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders to ensure they are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses for reporting purposes
Provide support and guidance to maintenance staff when needed
Develop and organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Monitor execution and ensure efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance planning and coordination

Qualifications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI
Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office
Experience in maintenance planning and coordination
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
Saudi nationality (required).
Preferably Male
