The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. ????Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to bring concepts to life.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain a cohesive design through out Marn's products using and building on our design system.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in Figma and it's design system concepts.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great time-management and organization skills.
