in Dubai.
We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support the Retail Performance & Clienteling team.
This role will assist in delivering key business insights, retail reporting, and clienteling campaign analysis, while supporting operational excellence across our stores in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly retail performance reports, including key KPIs, trends, and insights.
Support the creation, execution, and performance tracking of clienteling campaigns.
Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support client engagement strategies and retail initiatives.
Pull and structure data from Power BI, Power Query, and other business tools to support business reviews and market needs.
Collaborate with the team on retail optimization projects, including performance tracking and process improvement.
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and business updates for internal stakeholders.
Profile & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Retail Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.) is required.
Comfortable with data analysis, numbers, and storytelling through data.
Previous internship or experience in Retail, Luxury, or Clienteling is a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
