We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research and Insights Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support our company's strategic projects and initiatives.  The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. Any interest and involvement in CSR-related activities is a plus. This position requires a passion for uncovering actionable insights and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
 




Job Accountabilities

As Research & Insights Associate, your role will involve: 


  • Conduct research and gather relevant data from various sources, including industry reports, market trends, and academic journals.
  • Analyze collected data using appropriate statistical methods and research techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and develop research plans and business cases that align with business needs.
  • Prepare and present research findings, reports, and presentations to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and recommendations. Assist in designing and implementing surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather primary research data.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create clear and compelling visual representations of research findings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, government initiatives and best practices in research and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies.
  • Support the development of research proposals, including defining research questions, establishing methodologies, and estimating project timelines.
  • Play key role in project management and support the execution of the strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into business strategies, product and proposition development, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of research processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.


Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: 


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as market research, business, statistics, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in a research or analytical capacity. Fresh graduate applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools. Experience with data visualization tools is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple research projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using research tools and databases, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and creative approach to research design and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industries, markets, and consumer behavior is advantageous.
