Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated, qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to secure projects in line with company targets and capabilities.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Lead project sourcing, negotiations, and deal closures Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams Monitor market trends and upcoming projectsLocation: ICAD 1 Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.Job requirementsRequirements 4+ years of UAE experience in joinery & fit-out business development Strong industry network and sales track record Excellent communication and negotiation skills UAE driving license preferred
