Job Description
Receive the MSR (Material Supply Requisition) from the concerned department and ensure that it is approved and signed by the concerned manager Review the MSR to make sure that all the specifications are mentioned and gather the missing information when needed Contact several suppliers, get price offers and compare between them in terms of some factors including price, quality, time of delivery, ...etc Place the Purchase Order with the chosen supplier and get all the documents needed to complete the process Negotiate with the supplier to reach the optimum price with the required specifications Follow up on the delivery of the needed items to the site on time Create a status report on a weekly basis in order to send it to the project in details to keep track of the materials’ delivery Improve the database of suppliers for the company.
Skills
Bachelor degree in Commerce or any relevant major
4 – 7 Years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
Construction background is a must.
