Job Description
In this role, you will
Driving revenue growth through working capital management products and services to maximize commercial profitability and relationship depth.
The candidate is expected to have out of box thinking to identify opportunities and grow business.
Retain wallet share from existing clients and increase penetration within the portfolio from group companies and selling additional GTS products.
Develop effective strategies for winning new clients in order to generate new income for the business.
Identify new sales opportunities in the form of new to bank or new to trade clients.
The role will work closely with various Senior Bankers in CIB, the various global GRBs, Global BDM’s, Product proposition, sustainability leads and other global and local stake holders with a aim to generate additional business by penetrating existing clients and generate new leads.
Provide direction in assessing opportunities within the marketplace, keeping the team abreast of latest trends and client requirements and ensuring suitable solutions are offered within the GTS product suite.
Work with Client Services / implementation teams in a timely fashion to ensure an efficient execution process for complex clients.
Adhere to all internal policies and frameworks as stipulated.

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
Proficient in both Mandarin and English
Possess strong knowledge of global trade finance, structured trade products & techniques, market & market trends and strong understanding of competitive environment
Strong sales, interpersonal, communications, leadership, negotiation, analytical, presentation and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of Credit & Risk including techniques to mitigate risk
Good organizational skills with an ability to effectively prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
