Job Description
Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader at Real Madrid.
In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include
Opens attraction following all procedures and ensures operational readiness of both attraction and staff – maintains the logs.
Conducts daily briefings along with (and in absence of) Supervisor; minutes of which are recorded.
Ensures all show sets and elements are functional and reports any anomalies to Supervisor and Attractions Manager on Duty.
Spot checks attraction safety procedures are consistently followed and adhered to compliant to the Local Authorities guidelines.
Performs on the job training for staff including attraction certification, written assessments for staff and on-going refresher training.
Lead Attraction Attendants during the evacuation activities in case of emergency.
Practice due diligence through assessment and review such that all risks and hazards are controlled and maintained to acceptable level.
Commit to safe systems of work by adhering to agreed processes that are put in place.
Take ownership of own’s health and safety for the matters within one’s control or ability to influence, through leadership by example.
Report, investigate, cooperate and resolve incidences involving oneself and persons within own’s control and influence, timely and accurately.
About You
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials
College degree.
3 years previous experience in Service / Entertainment / Hospitality industry.
Leading a multi-cultural staff.
Ability to train and motivate team member.
Proven team leader that works well in a fast paced, hourly goal driven environment.
Positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
Adapt to a changing work environment.
