Role Summary:



Raytheon Technologies is looking for a summer intern to join our legal team at the Riyadh office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide review of KSA laws, apply critical thinking to day-to-day transactions and provide general legal advice to function partners and leadership.

Your Responsibilities:



The role is created for Law studies students with an interest in gaining experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment for a short period of time. The intern will be expected to use their own initiative and undertake self-directed learning within a supportive environment to work with the team to develop goals and objectives to further common areas of interest. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Learn communication skills in a workplace environment. Learn the key legal policies that drive the work done by the Legal department. Gain insight into the operations and structure of the organization, understanding how departments collaborate, how decisions are made, and how a workplace functions. develop a sense of how to spot issues when reviewing documents and provide input on how these problems can be resolved. Learn to articulate their opinions and be able to confidently respond when a customer or stakeholder challenges their position.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:



The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Law degree program or recently graduated (no more than 6 months). Student GPA should be (3+ out of 4) or (4+ out of 5). An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams. Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.

Ability to adapt and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to learn organizational skills. Exercise critical thinking in a diverse environment. Ability to work in a team.
