We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Fulfilment Partnership Associate. This role will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients, assisting with the integration of their systems with our platform, and coordinating with our partner facilities to ensure smooth operations.About the team you will be apart of:The Operations Department is the beating heart of the company. It touches every element of Quiqup; it is, quite literally, the nuts and bolts of the business, the glue that holds it all together. It’s what ensures our clients and customers get what they want, when they want it, how they want it - in great condition.Our Operations team consists of 3 departments:Live Operations - dealing with client and customer requests Warehouse Operations - In charge of our warehouse management, cross-dock and dispatch of packagesFleet Operations - in charge of our drivers, vehicles and their performanceFulfilment - Our storage centre for client goods, which we pick, pack and ship on demand. The Fulfilment team comprises of four primary functions:Inbounding - receiving client shipmentsPicking - Finding items on the shelves that are required to fulfil an orderPacking - Packing the items for one order according to client requirementsCoordination with warehouse team in charge of the deliveryYour responsibilities: Client Onboarding Assistance:Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by gathering requirements and facilitating communication between internal teams and the client.Support the development of customised onboarding plans and ensure all necessary resources are available.Provide assistance and guidance to clients during the onboarding process as needed, from the first call all the way through processing their first orders. Integration Support:Assist in managing the integration of clients' systems with our platform, including gathering technical requirements and coordinating with our technical team.Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding integration-related inquiries and issues, escalating as needed.Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with the technical team. Partner Facility Coordination:Support the coordination with our partner facilities to ensure alignment with our service standards and operational requirements.Assist in monitoring performance metrics and addressing any issues or concerns related to partner facilities and clients in those facilities.Support efforts to optimise workflows and improve efficiency at partner facilities through collaboration with internal teams. Documentation and Reporting:Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of client onboarding and integration processes.Support the generation of regular reports on onboarding and integration metrics, providing insights for improvement.About your technical skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.2+ years of experience in operations, client services, or project coordination, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.Technical proficiency with basic integration tools (APIs) and systems is a plus.Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.Competencies:Requires the ability to understand and follow general and/or written instructionsFamiliarity with use of contemporary merchandise processing equipment (i.e. hand- held scanners)Ability to learn computer processing systems.Ability to work efficientlyAttention to DetailResults FocusedTeam WorkingPhysical Essential Function (Lifting): Frequent 0 – 15KGs Occasional 15KGs – 25KGsWhat's in it for you?The potential to build something transformationalThe chance to do something you’ll tell stories aboutAn independent and autonomous company cultureAn invitation to make an impact from Day 1An international and diverse group of people And the usual stuff- competitive compensation package, Medical insurance, healthy (and not so healthy!) snacks
