Job Description
The MFO seeks an experienced Project Supervisor ESQ (Environment, Safety, and Quality) responsible for pre-project compliance of all engineering projects, including environmental, safety, and quality aspects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers to review project scopes and create project plans, perform risk assessments, ensure quality and safety compliance to specifications, and promote environmental best practices. He/She will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of external contractors and support teams and for the final inspection of new facilities.
The position is in Sinai, Egypt, in an international work community consisting of military and civilian personnel of numerous nationalities.
Experience Required
The successful candidate will be a technical college graduate majoring in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in a construction and engineering environment. A robust understanding of engineering and construction regulations, as well as Environment, Health, and Safety accreditation. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Experience working in a multinational environment.
A two-year renewable, unaccompanied-status contract, including housing, meals worldwide insurance and recreational facilities is offered. May be eligible for tax free status.
This is an MFO Grade 8 position which carries a total annual salary of USD $79,976.
