Description 

As a Social Media Data Analyst you combine your passion for creative marketing solutions with a strong analytical approach. You don’t settle for anything less than the best performing campaigns, and this is why you are results-driven, not afraid to make changes for better results and proactively implementing your analytical skills at work. You possess a high level of business sense, communication skills and professionalism, as you interface with internal project teams and external clients on a daily basis.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Provide your expertise across different campaigns: measurement & analytics of both organic and paid  campaigns, measurements/analytics of influencers, channel optimization, and reporting;
  • Working across multiple client accounts to provide the best delivery and results in various campaigns;
  • Measurement/analytics of campaigns: constantly providing insights to the internal teams and clients based on data;
  • Working within set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPIs;
  • Benchmarking and measuring influencer marketing activities; 
  • Weekly and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams on campaign and influencer performance with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
  • Collaborate with organic social and other paid media account leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Conduct extensive audience, and platform research to help inform Paid Social strategies for our clients
  • Process, analyse and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Experience in monitoring digital and social crises
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Support clients and team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs arise

Requirements


  • Required work experience: at least 5 years creating paid media strategy in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing paid search and social budgets, from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, across Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Comfortable managing client communication without requiring involvement from an account manager
