We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Windows 11 to support our ongoing upgrade from Windows 10.
The role will be dedicated to implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 across the organization while ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and implementation of Windows 11 across user systems.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Windows 11 environments.
Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity and user readiness.
Configure, maintain, and optimize desktops, laptops, and related applications.
Collaborate with IT team to create documentation, guides, and user training materials for Windows 11.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and system best practices.
Provide ongoing end-user support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support with hands-on expertise in Windows 11.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
