and Chairman.Prepare Board packs, dashboards, and investment papers.Lead Audit and Risk Committee matters.Own and maintain the Group risk register.Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, corporate tax, and local regulations.Establish financial policies across subsidiaries.Project & Operational FinanceOversee job costing, project profitability, and WIP reporting.Monitor cash flow, retainage, and billing cycles.Track change orders, claims, and cost overruns.Partner with project managers to improve margins.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.Oversee financial closing processes.Manage audits, bonding, and lender reporting.Maintain internal controls and risk frameworks.Cash Flow, Capital & Risk ManagementManage working capital, credit facilities, and insurance programs.Oversee banking relationships and financing negotiations.Assess and mitigate project and market risks.Design optimal capital structures.Lead investor and lender negotiations.Develop long-term funding roadmaps.Structure and manage:Project financeFactory CAPEX fundingRegional expansionsJoint venture frameworksTeam Leadership & SystemsLead finance, accounting, and payroll teams.Oversee ERP flowWorking capital cycle (DSO, DPO, Inventory Days)Forecast accuracyCAPEX ROIAudit findings (zero major deficiencies)Funding cost optimizationERP financial maturityJob Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.Strong background in construction, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments.Technical SkillsExpertise in construction accounting and WIP reporting.Experience with bonding, retainage, and progress billing.Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.Leadership & Personal AttributesStrategic mindset with strong execution capability.Excellent communication skills.High integrity and sound judgment.Ability to manage risk in complex environments.Preferred ExperienceMulti-entity or multi-location operations.Union and prevailing wage payroll environments.Experience with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, IFS, Dynamics, or equivalent).
