We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabi’s airport.Title: Business Development RepresentativeLocation: DubaiRoles and Responsibilities:Articulate value proposition to C-level decision-makers across multiple verticals to assess buying interest and improve considerationMeet and exceed quarterly goals consisting of marketing-generated leads, qualified meetings, and activity metricsPartner closely with sales teams in key GEOs and create account strategies together to drive penetration against very large businessesDaily, integrated use of Salesforce.com, and additional applications to manage all lead data and ensure data integrityBe involved in helping grow pipeline funnel through targeted marketing campaignsDrive pipeline opportunities through an account-based marketing approachPerform a variety of other marketing-related duties as assigned to improve the customer experienceWork Experience Requirements:1+ years of experience in enterprise Lead Development, Lead Generation (SaaS or Security experience a plus) or enterprise sales and business developmentPrior experience with Financial Services and/or Technology industries helpfulHigh proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales automation solutions or prospecting tools.Strong analytical, interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) skills.Ability to work well in cross-functional team and customer-facing environment requiredSolid understanding of qualification methodologyQualification, Certification & Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experiencePreferred Skills: Experience in Cybersecurity business, Language: native Arabic, fluent EnglishHSE ResponsibilitiesTake care of your own safety and the safety of others as far as practicable.To be aware of, and play an active role in the achievement of Thales HSE policy & objectives.Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water & energy, minimize the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.Every one within Thales has the right to stop work if they believe that their activities may affect their health and safety or that of others.
