The Role Of The F&B Assistant Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for supporting the strategic promotion and branding of our exceptional dining experiences.
You will oversee the marketing efforts for our diverse culinary and beverage outlets, ensuring they stand out in the competitive Riyadh market.
This includes executing innovative campaigns, driving guest engagement, and contributing to the success of seasonal and special promotions.

As an F&B Assistant Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure that our menus and services are not only world-class but also aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences.
Regular feedback evaluations and market research will guide your efforts to create campaigns that offer a mix of innovative experiences alongside beloved classics.
Your role as the F&B Assistant Marketing Manager will encompass working closely with the broader marketing and operations teams, ensuring that all promotions and communications reflect Four Seasons' commitment to excellence and align with its brand standards.
Knowledge and Skills;
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Two to three years of experience in a marketing role within hospitality or F&B at a departmental level.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing strategies effectively.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and trends.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
Excellent business acumen and an understanding of guest behavior.
Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
