About the role

Step into the forefront of talent excellence with our dynamic team at Reckitt. As a Talent Manager, you will be the architect of a thriving work environment, crafting talent strategies that resonate with our company's core values and objectives. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous development, engagement, and leadership across our Global Business Units and Global Functions. You'll partner with senior leadership to empower our people and shape the future of our global talent landscape. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Implement global talent strategies, ensuring they align with the needs and objectives of GBUs and Global Functions.
- Drive career development, talent reviews, and succession planning processes within GBUs / Global Functions alongside HR partners.
- Build leadership capabilities and enhance employee engagement through targeted strategies and programmes.
- Act as a consultant and coach to senior leadership, translating business needs into effective talent solutions.
- Support change management initiatives, contributing tools and metrics to embed cultural transformations.
- Embed a learning culture in the organization working through the functions and HR teams to heighten the focus on learning and development. 
- Act as a custodian of the DEI agenda for AME region, ensuring central initiatives are deployed with relevance and impact across AME through relevant teams and ERGs. 




The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in HR, with a strong emphasis on talent management within a multinational matrix structure.
- Demonstrated competence in leadership roles within Talent, Learning, or HR generalist capacities.
- Well developed facilitation skills along with the ability to take a hands-on approach to design and implementation of strategic talent programs.
- Experience as a successful business partner to senior management in a strategic capacity.
- Ability to weave data into compelling stories that drive decision-making processes.
- Proficient in managing employee performance, talent development, and coaching for success.
