Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Structural Engineer with experience in Piling and Retaining walls.

Essential Qualifications:

• Civil or Structural engineering degree (4 years)
• Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience
• Minimum 5 years design consultancy experience in concrete and steel building structures
• Expertise in Material Submittals, Method statement review, and Shop drawings
• Familiarity with BS, ACI codes, and Euro codes is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Understand building structures and analyze stability
• Design building, underground, and civil structures
• Coordinate with architects and engineers
• Check drawing production and implement document control procedures
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively
• Ensure accuracy and correctness of work
• Work towards becoming a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers
