Your role
Sales Analytics & Forecasting
Lead the development of advanced sales analysis and reporting frameworks integrating multiple data sources for accurate and actionable insights.
Drive strategic recommendations on sales performance, planning through in-depth data analysis.
Enhance sales forecasting models and ensure KPI tracking systems are robust, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Support Sales Recognition / Incentives systems with accurate data management – target setting & actual realization
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate insights into business strategies.
Partner Operations Leadership
Lead and support the Partner Operations Managers to ensure consistent execution across districts and partner channels.
Support funnel reviews and ensure accurate sales pipeline reporting and alignment to forecasting models.
Champion the adherence to standards in partner processes, systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sofon), and operational excellence metrics.
Support partners and commercial teams with performance inputs in creating and executing Joint Business Plans that align with organizational objectives.
Support Partner Account Managers to prepare and present performance review insights and recommendations to enhance partner performance and outcomes.
Tools & Process Optimization
Optimize, manage tools, support training on tools such as SFDC, SOFON to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive digitalization & continuous improvement across data management, sales operations, and partner enablement processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert across sales analytics and partner operations, applying independent judgment to complex challenges.
You are the right fit if
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in sales analytics, partner operations, or sales strategy.
Experience with sales systems (Salesforce, Sofon), data analysis, and partner relationship management.
