Robert Walters is partnering with a prominent and innovative player in the real estate/ property sector based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Experience (CX).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.Lead and mentor a high-performing CX team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to integrate customer-centric practices into business processes and decision-making.Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Oversee the design and execution of customer feedback programs, ensuring timely and effective response to customer concerns.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer experience initiatives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CX programs and initiatives.Act as the advocate for the customer within the organization, driving a customer-centric mindset at all levels.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in a senior-level customer experience role within the real estate or proerty sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer experience strategies.Ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
