Security Systems Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW This position assist in manages all the entities' CCTV, Access Control and Radio systems. Ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the HSSE Department in relation to the Company's Core Process; thus, directly impacting the maintenance of facilities,equipment, and attractions. This position involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of security systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and providing technicalsupport to the security team. Perform analysis of equipment failures. Ensures that best practices are being performed by the 3rd Party Contractors to improve work efficiency.Essential: Should have at least 7-10 years of experience in handling Maintenance sites. Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Engineer/Supervisor for security system installation.Essential: Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and related technologies. Familiarity with network infrastructure, IP-based systems, and security software. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to read, write, speaks, and understands English fluently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor. Keen eye for detail. Proficient user in Video Management Servers & Access Control Systems.Desirable: Ability to apply Project Management standards.
