Job Description

As an E-commerce Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our online sales operations. Your responsibilities will involve a range of tasks aimed at optimizing the performance of our e-commerce platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, content management, and order processing.Work closely with the marketing team to execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.Monitor website performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Provide customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, inventory, and logistics, to ensure accurate product listings, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the user experience, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce to recommend and implement innovative solutions.Contribute to the creation of engaging content for the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, imagery, and promotional materials.Support the execution of A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve website usability, navigation, and conversion pathways.Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer behavior.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations is preferred.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and online marketing tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.Passion for fashion retail and a strong interest in e-commerce trends and innovations.
