Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join the team on a commission-only basis. As a Real Estate Broker you will have the opportunity to leverage their extensive network, innovative marketing strategies, and industry-leading technology to excel in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction for both buyers and sellers.
  
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  
• Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads and referrals.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
