Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll, leave salaries, and final settlements.
Handle the issuance and renewal of employee visas and manage Tawteen percentage compliance.
Support the implementation of the HR operations plan and HR systems, including the Akrivia ERP.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
Assist in managing administrative activities and ensuring legal compliance.
Support the yearly renewal of the company's medical insurance.
