Pay potential based on projects completedJob DescriptionTitle of Job: Lead Mechanical/Refrigeration TechnicianStatus: Non-exemptReports To: General ManagerSummary of Position: Summary of Position: The Lead Tech will manage and perform duties such as facility improvements in Restaurants and Retail Establishments, remodels, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and Equipment Installations and manage the crew assisting with completion of the project. Seasoned EPA licensed refrigeration technicians for installation of ice machines, walk in coolers/freezers and grease hoods a plus.Job Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager/Project Manager/Superintendents with managing and completing building or equipment repairs, demolition, removal and/or installation of equipment, and general construction tasks on time and under budget.
