ResponsibilitiesLeading the practice in the company by developing and enhancing the different spectrum of delivering cybersecurity consultation services covering cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and standards.Aligning delivery approaches, recommendations, and strategies with multiple frameworks and regulatory standards, including Saudi’s NCA Cybersecurity Controls, SAMA CSF, and DGA Controls, in addition to NIST SP 800s, and ISO 2700X.Conduct end-to-end cybersecurity risk and compliance assessments based on the company’s methodologies and internationally recognized standards (e.g., NIST and ISO). Such assessments cover both technical and management aspects of the cybersecurity program.Read and critically analyze clients’ cybersecurity documented processes.Interview client stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document cybersecurity-related practices and processes.Compare and benchmark different solutions and technologies to propose the best-fit advice to the clients.Write and develop required cybersecurity documentation, including charts, policies, procedures, standards, frameworks, and strategies.Effectively write and communicate assessment and compliance engagement reports and provide technical and management recommendations to clients.Develop client-tailored cybersecurity strategies, set their vision and objectives, and identify security-related opportunity areas.Advise clients on the executive level across industries (governments, private, PPP, technology, etc.), supporting them to improve or transform their businesses securely and achieve corporate excellence in their cybersecurity program.Team leading: mentor and lead a pool of cybersecurity consultants.Pre-sales: interact with prospects and clients by assisting with completing scoping questionnaires and assessments, budgeting, drafting RFPs, and writing technical proposals.QualificationsTotal of 9+ years of experience in IT and business fields (3+ years of candidates’ experience is in performing and/or delivering cybersecurity duties).Good to have: experience in the consultation industry.Critical reading and reviewing skills in Arabic and English - mandatory.Excellent technical writing skills in Arabic and English - mandatory.Experience in cybersecurity risk assessments.Experience in cybersecurity audits and compliance assessments.Experience in the whole journey of developing cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and frameworks.Deeply understand IT network design and architecture (i.e., high-level, and low-level).Deeply understand cybersecurity architecture design principles (e.g., defense-in-depth, segmentation, segregations, SASE, micro-segmentation, SD-WAN, etc.)Knowledgeable about common security and network products, solutions, and vendors.Able to work with clients on-site or remotely.The applicant should be resident in Saudi Arabia - mandatory
