We develop and manufacture innovative and intelligent audio and video communications solutions that are marketed and sold in around 100 countries across the world.We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to act as PRODUCT AND AUDIOLOGY TRAINER on the GN Hearing brands Resound, Beltone, Danavox, Interton and carry out trainings externally towards distributors and internally towards the Distributor Sales department. In addition, you should continuously collect and select available information and materials; and develop an appropriate portfolio of product training tools and materials to be used in Distributor Sales. Together with Regional VP, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers (PM) and Customer Care, you will play a substantial role in maintaining a close relationship with distributors and in strengthening customers’ trust in our company and products. Main job duties/responsibilitiesAs a procuct & audiology trainer you will be responsible of:Training to customers’ product managers, sales and fitting teams on‐site and onlineProduct training: product portfolio, features, unique selling points, competitive aspectsSales training (dispenser to end-user): train distributors to give end-users the best possiblecustomer experience, recommend the best audiological solution for hearing-aid users withexcellent counselling techniques - Also up‐selling to a higher price segment.Fitting software trainingAudiology training: mainly related to hearing instrument fitting, fitting process andend-user counselling, but also diagnostics and verificationBe a role model for how we wish our distributors’ teams to present our products in theirmarkets and motivate customers to market our productsCustomer supportTechnical support and problem solving regarding product, software, fitting and audiology issuesSpeaker and product specialist at customers’ events, seminars and conferencesProvide product related sales and demonstration tools and materialsExtended responsibilitiesEstablish and foster relationship and communication with opinion leaders in the marketsIdentify, initialize and supervise trials and studies in distributor markets, where results can leadto a positive marketing effect in the corresponding market and/or serve as marketing tools forGN Hearing across marketsIdeally the candidate should have:BSc of Audiology or related Acoustic study, Master degree is a plus.Experience in training and presenting with a multinational firm.Minimum of three years of Audiology product training experience within multinational firm witha demonstrated track record and over-plan performance.Minimum of five years related work experience in Audiology field.Experience of the Hearing Aid market place in the region is a plus.Networking with KOL within the region is a plus.Skills/CompetenciesSelf-starter with pragmatic approach; Comfortable in dynamic environment.Must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of the customer to drive, challenge and pushthinking.Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of training anddemonstrating product knowledgeExcellent interpersonal, communication, team oriented, ability to deal with wide diversity of people,respect different value and cultural differences.Fluency in English and Arabic is a must and French is a big plus.Travel Required:Approximately 50% travel required within region.Location:You will be based in Dubai.We encourage you to applyEven if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we will gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills.
