Job Description
We are looking to hire a Field Equipment Specialist to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customer plants, conducting site surveys, and providing on-site technical services to promote and recommend the replacement or upgrade of equipment and valves with BTGC products.
This role is critical in utilizing site surveys and on-site services to increase sales within the petrochemical, oil & gas, mining , and Utilities sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to customer plants in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Jubail area.
- Perform technical surveys and assessments to identify opportunities for equipment replacement or upgrades.
- Create spare part requests and upgrade proposals based on customer needs and site conditions.
- Promote and recommend products in various categories, including:
- Crushers for primary and secondary reduction of materials such as limestone, chemicals, minerals, coal, and ores.
- Grinders for processing materials such as recyclables, glass, biomass, and pharmaceutical waste.
- Feeders for uniform feeding in mining and quarry operations, as well as aggregate, chemical, and industrial processes.
- Mills for fine-grinding applications of materials such as limestone and fertilizers.
- Screens and separators for solid-liquid separation and waste management applications.
- Valves
- Other specialized equipment for specific industry needs, including MRO parts.
- Crushers for primary and secondary reduction of materials such as limestone, chemicals, minerals, coal, and ores.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring optimal operation of their equipment.
- Work closely with the sales team to increase sales through technical promotion and site service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, equipment, and technologies relevant to BTGC’s market sectors.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, In GCC
- Strong technical knowledge of MRO spare parts and industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license In Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with various types of crushers,Valve,HeatExchanger,grinders, feeders, mills, screens, separators, and other industrial equipment.
- Previous experience working with major industry players such as SABIC, Maaden, Saudi Aramco, and the National Water Company.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
