Role and Responsibilities

BASIC PURPOSE


The position is responsible for Managing the teams that responsible for delivering all Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems and Cepheid items to all MOH, NUPCO, and institution warehouses and providing the needed receipts, and appointments, representing Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems and Cepheid during the supply, having Full awareness of the supply process, following up all our invoices that have been processed and ready for payment, and building relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

  • Resolve any pending issues that have to do with receipts, Invoices, debit notes, expiries with the MOH medical supplies across the kingdom, and NUPCO Warehouses
  • Assist the Bid Manager and the team in creating ASN in the INUPCO system and have full aware of taking appointments.
  • Be present upon deliveries and ensure receipt is granted for goods from the medical supplies MOH and NUPCO warehouses.
  • Visits medical supplies, and NUPCO warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries in his territory.
  • Taking appointments from all medical supplies in the area before the end of each quarter to ensure the required revenue targets of NUPCO tender are recognized as per the company's expectations.
  • Collaborate efficiently with all area team members and help them to achieve their financial targets by coordinating with WH in Riyadh and the operation team of the area to ensure smooth delivery of all MOH orders and MARKETPLACE purchase orders.
  • Help in following up on the NUPCO files at different medical supplies to make sure all our invoices are processed and ready for payments.
  • Build a good relationship with all the people responsible for receiving our NUPCO shipments under the new NUPCO operation.
  • Understand the new requirements of NUPCO operation to deliver all shipments and take the lead on fulfilling those requirements.
  • Follow up with the Riyadh warehouse team to put stickers on the reagents.
  • Know-how in distributing items to regions and managing inventory follow up with the CSR team to place the purchase orders in the Oracle system.
  • Develop strong customer relationships & partnerships with key decision-makers in the major accounts and identify key opportunities, to ensure. business directions are aligned & that Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.
  • Assist the Finance function with collection-related issues.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned; assisting in the collection and other government-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Knowledge / Competencies and Behavior
 


  • Previous experience in Admin-related environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Preferably a Saudi.
  • College degree and above.
  • Previous experience in managing SGH and/or Tender business.
  • Robust understanding of the tender process, from evaluation to award.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with the different stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work flexibly to ensure submissions meet critical deadlines.
  • He has a good relationship with Customers, and he can build a relationship with customers.
