Job Description

  • Answering and screening telephone calls, responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
  • Making meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensures efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Preparing reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Provides reliable and accurate support to CEO, executives and management while working with confidential information.
  • Typing Skills: Efficient typing skills are essential for creating and editing documents.
  • Email: Ability to manage and respond to emails professionally
  • Video Conferencing: Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype for virtual meetings.
  • Calendar Management: Experience in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • File Management: Organizing and managing digital and physical files efficiently.
  • Documents Writing: Ability to draft, edit, and format documents (i.e.: Memos, Letters).
  • Presentation Skills: Creating and editing presentations.
  • Note-taking: Effective note-taking during meetings and discussions.
  • Record Maintenance: Keeping records and documentation organized.
  • Data Security: Understanding and implementing measures to maintain confidentiality and data security.
  • Task Management: Managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing work.
  • Collaborative Tools: Familiarity with collaboration tools for teamwork and communication.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive support role

Job Requirements

Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange ) and business communication software. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines & organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English & Arabic ).
