About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead SAP / ERP Solutions to join our team in Dubai.
The role involves driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and leading the sales process for SAP and ERP solutions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, identify, and close new business opportunities for SAP and ERP solutions in the Middle East market.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design and present tailored solutions.
Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies for SAP / ERP solutions.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and ERP market developments.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen presence in the UAE/GCC market.

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in SAP / ERP solutions, enterprise software, or IT consulting.
Strong understanding of SAP / ERP business value propositions.
Existing network and experience working with clients in the UAE / GCC region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
