This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across our business in the Middle East and African regions.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Optimisation: Work alongside the MD Middle East and Africa to develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation across all sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and online platformsSales Process Improvement: Analyse and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivityData Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key revenue metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboardsForecasting & Planning: Contribute to revenue forecasting and planning processes, working closely with sales leadership to set targets and track progressTechnology & Systems: Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to support revenue operations, including CRM, sales automation, and data analytics toolsCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth initiativesMarket Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the Middle East and African regionsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role, preferably in the financial services or technology industryProven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics toolsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBe part of a global fintech leader with ambitious growth plansMake a real impact on the business and contribute to its successExcellent career development opportunitiesJoin Ebury as a Commercial Analyst and contribute to our mission of driving revenue growth and optimising sales performance.
