Senior MEP Design Engineer

Job DescriptionParsons is looking for a Senior Design MEP Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be working with Contractors to make sure the submitted design and installation are aligned to the client specifications and standards.What You'll Be DoingLeads in resolving issues among submitted designs by project contractors, among these disciplines: Ventilation, Electrical Mechanical Fire Fighting Plumbing ITC Telecommunications .District coolingEnsure Compliance to Authority standards and specifications. Maintain proper interface with existing infrastructure, ongoing and future projects. Implement Health, Safety & Environmental standards associated with the design. Maintain accurate record for the works completed.Take part to and lead site meeting and coordination events. What Required Skills You'll BringDegree in mechanical or electrical engineering from a reputable universityMinimum 12 years experience in infrastructure design and construction projects Possess knowledge of the Authority requirements and standards.Strong English verbal and written communication skills.Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural engineering team.Commitment to safe work practicesAbility to coordinate and meet with the Designers, Contractor and AuthoritiesWhat Desired Skills You'll BringPrevious experience in KSA is preferable.Minimum Clearance Required To StartNot Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
