This is a pivotal role that ensures our core business systems run seamlessly, enabling our teams to operate efficiently, make faster decisions, and deliver exceptional results.Embedded within the Digital Services team and working in close partnership with our Investments, Finance, and Operations teams, this role will be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cutting-edge business systems that directly enable operational excellence and financial accuracy. Your work will directly influence decision-making speed, process reliability, and the ability of our teams to deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Manage Systems Implement, optimize, and maintain finance and operations applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.Be a Strategic Partner Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Investments to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions.Drive Projects End-to-End Manage planning, QA, UAT, vendor coordination, and successful delivery of technology initiatives.Ensure Operational Excellence Provide hands-on support, streamline workflows, and continuously improve processes for maximum impact.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:Master's degree in computer science or engineering or mathematics. Additional subjects in statistics, economics and finance are preferred.6-8 years of relevant experience in an organization specializing in asset management, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-performance financial environment.UAEN with family bookExperience in defining detailed business requirements and act as a bridge between business and technology.Hands on technical experience in creating reports and analysis using enterprise technologies and systems based on business requirements.Strong analytical, consultancy, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Organized, self-motivated, and results driven.Preferred:Hands-on expertise in using fund operations and fund accounting systems such as eFront, Investran or similar tools.Experience of delivering projects end to end from requirements, QA to production operations.Certification in finance (e.g., CFA).Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure.Knowledge of the private equity industry.
