The role will play a critical part in shaping our people development agenda by designing and implementing competency frameworks tailored for a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement competency frameworks to support organizational effectiveness and business growth.
Drive leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Lead succession planning initiatives, ensuring readiness for critical roles across the organization.
Develop and oversee youth development programs, fostering the next generation of industry professionals.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align L&D strategies with organizational priorities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and continuously enhance frameworks and programs.

Proven experience in L&D, organizational development, or HR advisory roles, ideally within the trading or energy sector.
Strong background in competency framework design, leadership development, and succession planning.
