Role Purpose

• Maintain and ensure overall compliance of data stored in the data warehouse
• Ensure data warehouse reads from the right data sources, and compliance with data structures, data architecture, data quality and integrity
• Define technical data requirements for new reports/ modifications

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

EPMO

• Accountable for overall maintenance of the database, data quality and continued operationalisation of the reports
• Ensure continuous alignment between the EPMO and Oxagon IT architectures
• Accountable for managing EPMO systems and supporting documentation, and optimising performance to improve the data warehouse, and ensuring applications are integrated and automated where possible
• Accountable for the design, implementation, and management the data ingestion process
• Accountable for alignment and agreement of EPMO owned data definitions across Oxagon.
• Accountable for configuration management of the data warehouse systems architecture and for maintaining integrity of data handling and consumption at a strategic level, including data quality assurance and compliance.
• Responsible for managing the database to meet new or changing requirements, and supporting the development of prototypes of additional reports as required by providing input in regards to the data used

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Role specific requirements

• Proficiency in business intelligence solutions including Microsoft PowerBi, Power Query, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, APM, PMI, PRINCE2 etc.) and industry best practices
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
• Proven experience in Data Management roles

General Requirements

• High level of personal impact and effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information and influence executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, etc.) and productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Experience in large complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Professional Degree in Business or related field
