Site Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with building codes, client specifications, and safety standards. Your keen eye will help identify any safety hazards or code violations promptly. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with contractors to address safety issues and code violations. Your timely reporting will facilitate efficient problem-solving and ensure a safe working environment. Project Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to track expenditures and maintain project timelines. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings. These records will serve as a valuable resource for monitoring project progress and ensuring all required inspections are completed. Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential problems and defects in construction work. Offer effective solutions to keep the project on track and maintain quality standards.

Here's What You'll Need:

Minimum of 20 years experience Have proven experience working in construction projects Familiar with raft and basement projects Experience managing and leading a team Hold a Civil Engineering degree A Saudi National ID – please note we are only able to consider Saudi Nationals for this position Proven experience coordinating on-site field construction activities associated with major projects
