We believe that collective strength drives innovation and our partners' success stokes our ambition.About the roleExcels at building relationships and fostering strong client connections.Track and analyse partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Identify and resolve partner issues proactively, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship.Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive partner growth and profitability.Onboard new partners, providing in-depth training on our products, technology, and sales methodologies.Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to generate leads and sales.Develop and deliver impactful content and resources to help partners sell our solutions effectively.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our partners have a leading edge.Your Role in the TransformationMinimum 4 years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the tech, food and beverage, or HORECA industry.Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and channel marketing strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of the technological landscape.What you Bring to the TableWe are looking for individuals who aren't afraid to shake things up.
