The Project Manager is a crucial link between the PM leadership and the delivery teams carrying out the design and detailed construction tasks, providing significant benefit to the team and Client.They have overall responsibility for the delivery of their assigned component or aspect of the project during the close-out of the design (Stage 4) and procurement phases as well as during the construction (Stage 5) and handover (Stage 6) phases, using industry tools and techniques such as earned value (EV) analysis. They are also responsible for monitoring project KPIs relating to their aspect of the project, and that they are communicated, understood and monitored by all relevant parties.We are looking for Project Management candidates with experience working across a variety of seniority levels and specialisms to join our site team. Preferred candidates will have Tall Building project experience as well as prior experience working on project(s) based in the Middle East.Register your interest if any of the opportunities suit your skills and experience.Assistant Project Manager Proficiency in project management software (i.e. Primavera)Prior experience monitoring project costs and ensure they are within budgetDemonstrable experience ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyProject ManagerResponsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers in the development, implementation, and handover of THE LINE ProjectsMaintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and service delivery staff, to promote effective communication and collaborationAnalyze, summarise, and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related to document management, write reports, and give oral presentations, as required.Senior Project ManagerPrior demonstrable experience leading a team and engaging with stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills with an ability to provide step-by-step detailed advice and solutions for remedying failures in service delivery.
