DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Familiarizes himself with as many aspects of the Personnel program as possible functioning in as many as possible.
· Prepares correspondence and reports and conducts minor investigations if asked and compiles data accordingly.
· Provides informational assistance to Department Heads, key staff and employees.
· Interprets company policies or refers interested parties to HR Director for interpretation as appropriate.
· Applies policies and procedures in line with approved practices.
· Assists the HR director as requested on job, projects and activities.
· Takes and relays messages; contributes to departmental and hospital wide communications as desirable.
· Performs related duties as assigned.
· Liaison between employees and an HR Director.
· Provide personalized coordination, and support for staff and families.
· Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
· Be aware and updated of all Saudi Labor Law associated with his\her work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A bachelor's degree in human resources management, or any other related field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
· Entry level job (0-2) years’ experience.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
· Fluent in English.
· Arabic is preferred.

· Maintain confidentiality.
