The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Greet all guests entering and leaving the hotel entrance, using the appropriate salutation that maintains a welcoming atmosphere.Open the car door for all guests arriving or leaving from the main entrance of the property in a polite and courteous manner and greet them with a warm smile welcoming them on arrival and departure.Coordinate with the bell attendants to ensure they remove luggage/parcels from vehicles of guests arriving at the hotel entrance and to arrange for their delivery to the guest rooms.Handle the safe storage of luggage in the storeroom, making sure it is always kept clean and tidy.Hail taxis for Guests, using the designated taxi company, opening the taxi doors, and helping them to be seated to provide them with the appropriate assistance required.Receive incoming packages/letters/documents for guests - record their acceptance and arrange delivery to the recipient in a timely manner.Identify and assist with security matters as a first point of call for guests checking into the SBU to ensure any security risks are minimized. About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience as Doorman/Bell Attendant.Experience in handling guest complaints at the highest service levels.Proficient in English and a second language (preferably Russian) would be an added advantage.
