Delivery & Implementation Lead

Context of the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery & Implementation Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery and implementation processes within our organization, from Commercial to Operational handover. This role requires a strong combination of operational excellence, project management skills, IT competence (development, integration, QA) and the ability to collaborate across various functional areas within the business to ensure successful execution.Key Responsibilities:Primary “link” / business project management interface between Commercial (Sales) and Tech, primarily with the Technical Project Director, and functional teams in-between.Business Process Engineering / Re-Engineering in collaboration with Operations.Delivery Execution, Sign-off & Post-Implementation handover to Operations.“Gating” stakeholder management post approval / business case validation.Engaging & coordinating key delivery stakeholders – internal & external.End-to-end project management custodian, driving enhanced delivery efficiencies. Accountable for the business process & procedure documentation library, focusing on:StandardizationEfficiency improvementChange Control/Chronology log managementSuccessful ‘on time’ deployment/launch per project plan.Post-implementation support for 30 days.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, IT or a related field. Proven experience in delivery & implementation management, project management, or a related role.Background in IT, engineering, or similar.
