Note: This is for one of our clients, not avua directlyResponsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of solar panels.Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished solar panels.Follow established quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.Monitor and control various stages of the manufacturing process to maintain optimal efficiency and output.Report any deviations from standard operating procedures and assist in troubleshooting issues.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Report any safety concerns, incidents, or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.Maintain accurate records of production data, including output quantities, downtime, and quality control checks.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the solar industry.Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
