The Position

Purpose:


  • Actively engage with a diversity of stakeholders (Internal and External) to support selected customers in local and international event management.


  • Acting as an Engagement interface  for defined customers


  • Act as “custodian” of coremap to all oncology activities 


  • Act as “custodian” of all events locally & internationally


Responsibilities:


  • Medical information (MI Atlas) Accountable.


  • All administrative logistics for all local & international events: FMV, Contracts, Quick submissions, PR, PO, reservations, GSDs, Job closure, IHCP


  • All technical logistics for local & international events: material preparation & approvals; Invitations, communications & updates to customers regarding the event; Agenda finalization; Briefing of agencies when needed after coordination with the owner; 


  • Customer-facing SPOC.


  • Engaging with specified customers & channeling (either digitally or F2F)  product messages as requested

Expertise:


  • In-depth knowledge of UAE health care environment and systems


  • Strong (scientific) medical background, 


  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.


  • Established knowledge base/ skill set in


  • Ability to initiate and manage local and international congresses 


  • Experience in project management
