We understand how important it is to get exposure, learn, and develop early in your career, and this is your journey to launch and build your future.This assignment duration would be 12 months and will combine coursework and job rotations.In line with Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.Together, we have The Energy to Change the World.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Assist Operation team to manage complex Projects for the APM portfolio.Compiling Inputs for project planningProjects Portfolio consolidationCoordination of on-time Design document submissionFollow-up for on-time delivery of inward deliveriesManagement of letter submissions and update the event loggerCoordination with internal stakeholders to forecast customer milestones such as FAT, UAT, deliveries, start of site activities etc.Updating Project plan with actual completion datesCoordination with site teams to ensure all comments are compiled on timeRequired QualificationsEager to learn Grid Solution Business dynamics No obstacle to work for 5 days in a week during 12 months rotation period.No obstacle to work from the office in Dubai BS degree from Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer or relevant departmentFluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)Ability to work as a supportive, collaborative, team player, while having an effective working relationships with peers and othersAbility to prioritize and anticipate needsStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Desired CharacteristicsAbility to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge ERP (SAP) is an advantageMS degree in Engineering from an accredited universityStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
