As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger – together.Job DescriptionTo support the growth and maintenance of large account portfolios and sensitive client relationships for assigned portfolio in the PCG segment; improve service quality levels and drive the day-to-day activities and client interactions to ensure that the team’s objectives are constantly met, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.Client and Market AnalysisOnboard new clients as and when requiredBusiness OriginationSupport development of Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, Mandate letter etc.Support the team when Pitching and Negotiating dealsClient Relationship ManagementSupport client on their day-to-day banking requirements with support from the other team members (as applicable)Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and meets the targeted NPS scoreCollaborationSupport collaboration within the PCG team, with product teams, international banking, credit and other business divisionsSupport Unit/Divisional/Bank-wide initiatives (as required or assigned)OperationalFollow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerSupport periodic reviews of risks (credit, operational, compliance etc.) within the portfolio on a regular basisDrive day-to-day administrative and transactional activities such as documentation follow up, pipeline updates, and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and delivery of effective/high quality outputEnsure that internal processes for existing portfolio/ NTBs are in-line with the Bank’s policies & procedures.Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with the Bank’s KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.Ensure all clients’ files /documents are maintainedMaintain a satisfactory audit on the portfolioAdhere to process KPI’s and, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit requirementsPrepare timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit’s requirements, policies, and standardsLeadershipAct as Role Model for the peer groupLearning & Development – Attend appropriate on and off-the-job training programs to develop skills and upgrade knowledgeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.Basic Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking sectorBasic Understanding of FAB’s product offering and business strategyAbility to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive businessStrong relationship management skills both internally and externallySound communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to analyze and research informationAbility to analyze Financial statements and conduct basic credit analysisStrong Data analysis and financial modelling skillsAbility to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing prioritiesProficient in MS Office (excel, word and Power-point)Minimum Experience3-5 years of experience in corporate and/or investment banking or in a similar function
