To achieve this, we are seeking talent with corporate experience that can contribute to the organization’s success across local and global offices, including London, Beijing and New York.Join a team that is at the heart of change and be part of Abu Dhabi’s economic diversification and investment opportunities globally in partnership with some of the world’s largest financial institutions.Find out more about how you can add value to our business.What Will You DoTo advise, structure and execute optimal solutions for approved:Listed equities and fixed income delegated by the business units/ platforms, corporate and the Investment Committee in line with the respective business strategies, risk appetite, targets and DoA.Mubadala Investment Company’s corporate fixed income investments based on suitability with MIC’s risk appetite, corporate strategy and management authorizations.What Will You BringBachelor degree in a numerate discipline such as: Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science or equivalent. Preferably, a Master degree from an internationally recognised university or a relevant professional qualification such as CFA, ACT, FRM, PRMMinimum 13 years of relevant experience within a multinational organisationExpert understanding and knowledge of global capital markets and the broader financial markets.In-depth knowledge of financial market transacting (Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Interest Rates, etc), and ability to lead and advise cross-functional deal teams during complex transactions and deals.In-depth understanding of Mubadala Investment Company’s local and global operations, the challenges that the organization’s different sectors and geographies may present, and the ability to develop practical solutions to these challenges.In depth understanding and experience of transacting financial derivativesExpert knowledge of the global investment market, specifically the markets within which Mubadala operates.In-depth knowledge of various debt capital market products, at a local, regional and global level.Strong ability to negotiate, influence and present financial solutionsStrong ability to manage and maintain relationships with business unites (internal) and financial institutions (external) stakeholders.▪Strong knowledge of joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.What We Offer YouA superior platform to grow your career including.A role that has social and financial impact.Great working environment with talented and like-minded colleagues.Market leading pay and benefits including performance pay.Hybrid working and wellness benefits to help you live your best work and private life.Opportunity to grow and develop through learning and experience.
